1. Test background and purpose


With the rapid development of the logistics industry, forklifts are facing more and more complex and changeable operating environments, which puts higher requirements on the load-bearing capacity, endurance capacity and safety of batteries. The purpose of this test is to comprehensively evaluate the ultimate load-bearing capacity of the forklift lithium battery by simulating the actual heavy load handling scenario, and verify its operating efficiency and stability under high loads.


2. Test preparation


Test object: The XX series forklift lithium battery developed by our company is selected. The battery adopts advanced lithium-ion technology and has the advantages of high energy density, long cycle life and low self-discharge rate.
